How app pricing works

Free tools stay useful. Connections create the paid value.

An app can be free by itself and become part of a paid configuration when it exchanges data or workflows with another capability.

First qualifying appA company may designate one qualifying standalone app as its free foundation.
Approved connections$4.99 per month is the temporary live-validation price for an approved paid app or connection until final market pricing is established.
Shipping labelsShipping is $0 per month as a standalone app. Each purchased label adds a BiFrostIT service fee equal to 2% of postage, capped at $0.69, with postage and optional services shown separately.
Additional usersEach plan includes one user per company workspace. Additional users are $4.99 each per month across BiFrostIT.
Accountant accessA read-only External Accountant does not consume a paid user seat.
Company and portfolio billing

Who pays and who receives access are separate choices.

The parent company, a subsidiary, or another authorized company in the same portfolio may pay for an app. The app and its data still belong only to the company selected to receive it.
